Foot juggling workshop

The workshops offer an introduction to foot juggling and are aimed at participants of all levels of experience.

The workshop is part of Zurich’s cultural program for the Women’s EURO 2025 and celebrates the connection between culture and football. That’s why we’re juggling with real European Championship footballs in the workshops! The focus is on basic techniques such as balancing, throwing and catching with the feet as well as exploring the flow of movement and body coordination. Targeted exercises are used to create an awareness of the connection between feet, legs and the rest of the body.

In addition to technical basics, variations and creative approaches will also be developed in order to develop your own movement sequences. The workshop offers space for individual speed and personal experimentation.

The unit includes guided exercises as well as free trial phases in which what has been learned can be deepened. The aim is to develop an understanding of the movement possibilities of foot juggling and to discover new playful approaches for your own practice.

Please bring comfortable clothes and perhaps a cushion (for those who want to be really cozy).

The number of places per workshop is limited: Register now for a slot via the registration form.
