Unfortunately, the workshop cannot take place.

This open-level workshop on the aerial straps offers a sound introduction to static figures and initial dynamic elements.

After a targeted warm-up to prepare the body, we work on basic positions, shapes and holding figures that promote clear lines, stability and body awareness. Techniques for safe entries and exits, controlled inversions and smooth transitions between classic static figures are taught.
Building on this, accessible dynamic elements are introduced with a focus on timing, momentum and clean technique to move safely and effectively in the air. The progressions are individually adapted so that beginners feel well supported and more experienced participants are challenged. Technical instruction, assistance when needed and space to refine form and build strength round off the workshop. Ideal for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of the straps technique and create a solid foundation for further dynamic work.
