One-on-One Counseling: Drop in and out at any time
Do you want to get your own production off the ground but are facing a lot of production challenges? Do you want to rehearse, produce, or perform your work at the Zirkusquartier but aren’t sure what the best next step is?
Once a year, an advisor from the artFAQ production platform visits the Zirkusquartier for the Production Café. An experienced advisor will be there to assist you with a one-on-one consultation and answer all your questions about project proposals, scheduling, fundraising, and much more. Nik and Charlotte, the co-directors of the Zirkusquartier, will also be on site to provide information about rehearsal and performance opportunities at the Zirkusquartier.
You don’t need to sign up for the consultation; you can just drop by during the three hours that the Production Café is open. If the consultant or co-directors are already in a meeting, you can wait in the mirror room, have a cup of coffee, and prepare your questions.
The Produktions-Café is organized in collaboration with artFAQ. artFAQ is the production platform for dance, theater, and performance in the Zurich region and offers free consulting services to companies and Artists. You can find the full list of services here.

Nani Khakshouri
Nani Khakshouri is a cultural manager, PR specialist, consultant, and lecturer. She is familiar with the full spectrum of the events sector (dance, theater, film, literature, festivals), has worked both independently and at established institutions, and has an extensive network in the cultural and creative industries.
In addition to her main job as a PR officer and cultural manager specializing in fundraising, she has developed and carried out her own projects and worked as an instructor (at HF ZUB and ZHdK). She currently works, among other roles, as media relations manager for the Migros Culture Percentage dance festival “Steps” and for LAC Lugano (dance division), as well as a fundraiser for Theater Stadelhofen. She has been a member of the artFAQ advisory team since 2021.
