Dance acro & floorwork workshop
This workshop is a mixture of floorwork and dance acrobatics.
We let ourselves be guided by our head, our limbs or our center and roll, glide, turn and fly across the floor.
We learn elements from dance acrobatics.
Towards the end, we combine several elements into short sequences.
All levels are welcome.
For the dance acrobatics part, it is an advantage if you are familiar with leaning upside down on your hands.
For the workshop you should bring:
- Long training pants for optimal slide on the floor
