Dance acrobatics & floorwork workshop
This workshop combines floorwork and dance acrobatics: we are guided by our head, our limbs or our bodycenter and roll, glide, turn and fly across the floor. We learn elements from dance acrobatics and combine several elements into short sequences towards the end.
All levels are welcome. For the dance acrobatics part, it is an advantage if you are familiar with leaning upside down on your hands.
For the workshop you should bring:
- Long training pants for optimal slide on the floor
Naomi Meyer

Naomi is an exercise enthusiast for life and loves to share this passion as a trainer. She has always been fascinated by the diversity of the human body. After graduating from high school, she began studying sports science at the University of Basel and later became a professional circus performer. Before Naomi devoted herself fully to her circus training, she performed in the Christmas variety show Mugg and toured with Zirkus Chnopf in 2019. After a year of intensive circus training in Portugal, Naomi continued her training at the renowned circus school “École Nationale de Cirque” in Montréal.
Naomi loves lifelong learning. In addition to her work as a trainer, she is currently training part-time to become a physiotherapist.
