Circ-Exchange visits the festival cirqu’Aarau! This time with a focus on preparing for participation in pitching events with international programmers, a networking aperitif and a movement workshop.

How can you explain your work to an organizer in 1 – 3 minutes?

Nadine Becker, Roman Müller, Ute Classen and Jeanine Ebnöther Trott will help you understand what potential supporters and event organizers want to know about you and your work right away.
In addition to basic tips and tricks for successful communication with professionals, you will also be given time to practice and adapt your pitch.
You are invited to bring all your questions about dealing with event organizers.

On Friday, June 20th, a few of the workshop participants will have the opportunity to present their pitch to a group of professionals. Apéro afterwards.

Requirements: bring a sketch of your 3 min pitch and/or visual support on a USB stick

Application:

It is possible to pitch either a specific project or your own work as a whole. Please let us know if you are interested in pitching on Friday or just attending the workshop.

  You will be informed by the end of May whether you can take part in the pitching workshop.
