circ-exchange is visiting the festival cirqu’Aarau! This time with a focus on preparing for participation in pitching events with international programmers, a networking aperitif and a movement workshop.

How can you transmit an engaging impression of your work to a programmer in only 1 – 3 minutes?

Drawing from their in-depth experience, Nadine Becker, Roman Müller, Ute Classen, and Jeanine Ebnöther Trott will help you understand what potential supporters and programmers want to know about you and your work. Alongside concise tips and tricks for successful communication, you will have time to practice and adjust your pitch. Further, we invite you to bring along any questions regarding interactions with professionals.

On Friday, June 20th, a few of the workshop participants will have the opportunity to present their pitch to a group of professionals. Apéro afterwards.

Location: Festivalzentrum | Alte Reithalle Aarau

Requirements: come prepared with a draft of your 3min pitch and/or visual support on a USB stick

Application:

It is possible to pitch either a specific project or your own work as a whole. Please let us know if you are interested in pitching on Friday or if you only want to attend the workshop

  . You will be informed by May 4 whether you can take part in the pitching workshop.
