In this workshop, we will explore specific methods and tools for movement research in aerial acrobatics disciplines, with the goal of expanding and further developing our understanding of movement possibilities and our personal movement language.
The workshop begins with a warm-up that sharpens body awareness and opens up new possibilities for movement. Building on this, we’ll work—using guided exercises, improvisation, and composition—both on the floor and in the air, with each participant focusing on their own discipline.
This exploration aims to delve into the uniqueness of individual movement language. Through solo, group, or partner exercises, we deepen our understanding of how observing others can enrich and deepen our own creative process. The methods presented in the workshop help us expand our creativity and expressive possibilities in the disciplines of aerial acrobatics.
