In this workshop, flowing movements on the floor are combined with creative sequences on the rope to explore the dynamics between air and floor.

The workshop begins with a dynamic warm-up on the floor that promotes flexibility, coordination and body awareness. We then combine flowing movements on the floor with creative sequences on the rope. The rope serves as an instrument to create harmonious transitions and expand our expressive possibilities. As the workshop progresses, we will deepen our practice through targeted exercises on body waves, acrodance sequences, various rope techniques and the exploration of specific positions (Dino and Scorpion).

The workshop offers an inspiring mix of technique, creativity and physical challenge – for anyone who wants to get to know and improve their skills on the vertical rope.
