After a specific warm-up, you will learn the correct alignment of the stretching positions and which muscles need to be activated for effective and injury-free stretching training.

This workshop begins with a theoretical part that introduces you to various stretching techniques and their areas of application as well as their advantages and disadvantages. You will also receive an introduction to “nerve flossing” and learn important facts about flexibility training.
In the practical part, you will deepen your understanding, learn the correct alignment of the stretching positions and which muscles need to be activated in order to stretch effectively and sustainably in the long term. You will also discover which exercises complement your training perfectly.

I enthusiastically share my knowledge of flexibitility, mobility and contortion – gained during my time at circus school and from my studies in sports science and physiotherapy.
