Foot juggling workshop
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of foot juggling!
Here you will learn to hold the ball artfully in the air, without using your hands, while remaining relaxed. The workshop is aimed at participants of all experience levels and offers a playful introduction to the art of juggling with your feet.
As part of Zurich’s cultural program for the Women’s EURO 2025, we celebrate the connection between culture and football. Together with experienced workshop leader Ariane Oechsner, we will discover basic techniques such as balancing, throwing and catching with our feet.
Through targeted exercises, the awareness of the connection between feet, legs and the entire body is strengthened. In addition to guided exercises, there is room for individual pace and personal experimentation.
Bring comfortable clothes – and if you want to make yourself extra cozy, bring a cushion. We look forward to seeing you!
The number of places per workshop is limited: Register now for a slot via the registration form.
