Advanced figures and perfecting
This course is aimed at people who already feel comfortable on the trampoline. The following requirements must be met: you must be able to sit, fall onto your back and onto your stomach and perform a full twist. They should also have tried a somersault before (without being able to do it perfectly). The aim is to learn advanced aerial figures such as the backward somersault (stretched, double or 3/4 backward), the forward somersault, the barani, the flick flack, the handstand jump and the twists. The focus of this course is on a deeper understanding of mechanical body movement and the development of spectacular figures. The decision as to whether the level is suitable and the course can be attended is made by the course leader after the trial lesson.
Clothing: Tight sportswear, non-slip socks obligatory!
In the winter months, we recommend long training clothes for before and after the course. Children with long hair should have a hair tie with them.
Eulalie Blanc
Eulalie grew up as a circus child and is now a young circus artist. She supplemented her good foundation in artistic gymnastics and trampolining with professional circus training and a J+S instructor course. In her courses, she works with a Pilates method that is based on the specific physical abilities of the participants. She has taken part in the Swiss Championships twice and finished on the podium. She has been teaching children and adults in various disciplines for four years.
Eulalie Blanc will lead the course until the end of April.
Lino Gioia will take over in May.

Individual lessons cannot be booked. Entry during the current session is possible at any time if capacity is available. The price will be adjusted accordingly.
Course information:
General
- The course takes place once a week (except during school vacations and public holidays)
- Course duration: 60 minutes
- Start: February 23 (from the end of the 2026 school sports vacations)
- End: July 6 (until the start of the 2026 school summer vacation), 16 lessons in total
Trial lessons
- Please book online.
- The first lesson from the date of booking is always a trial lesson and costs CHF 20.
- A final decision on the booking can then be made: The registration or deregistration for the entire course session must reach us by e-mail (kontakt@zirkusquartier.ch) three days after the trial lesson.
- If you book and confirm the appointment, the trial lesson will be charged even if you do not attend.
Access
- It is always possible to join the course during the current session if capacity is available.
- Simply book online, the first lesson is a trial lesson.
- You will only be charged from the definitive start date after the trial lesson.
