In this course we will explore the airspace with fun and safety until we master our bodies. The focus is on cleanliness and energy efficiency.
We start with a good warm-up to get our bodies going and strengthen our joints. We will then practise various techniques and figures (depending on the level) on the large trampoline. We will also use techniques that facilitate the practice of other disciplines, such as floor acrobatics, parkour, partner acrobatics/acroyoga, etc…
Goals
- Building up concentration to link technical movements.
- Sharing and teamwork – mutual help is a fundamental element of circus
- Having your head in the stars while keeping your feet on the ground!
Prerequisites
- You should have a minimum of body awareness and enjoy moving around
- You should not have any serious back problems
Clothing: Tight sportswear, slippery socks, sports shoes. In the winter months we recommend long training clothes for before and after the course.
Eulalie Blanc
Eulalie grew up as a circus child and is now a young circus artist. She supplemented her good foundation in artistic gymnastics and trampolining with professional circus training and a J+S instructor course. In her courses, she works with a Pilates method that is based on the specific physical abilities of the participants. She has taken part in the Swiss Championships twice and finished on the podium. She has been teaching children and adults in various disciplines for four years.

Course information
- The course takes place once a week (except during school vacations and public holidays)
- Course duration: 90 minutes
- Start: August 18, 25 (from the end of the 2025 school summer vacation)
- End: February 2, 26 (until the start of the 2026 school sports vacations), 19 lessons in total
Trial lessons:
- Please book online.
- The first lesson from the date of booking is always a trial lesson and costs CHF 20.
- A final decision on the booking can then be made: The registration or deregistration for the entire course session must reach us by e-mail (kontakt@zirkusquartier.ch) three days after the trial lesson.
- If you book and confirm the appointment, the trial lesson will be charged even if you do not attend.

- We offer a 5 franc discount per lesson on the second course booked.
Access:
- It is always possible to join the course during the current session if capacity is available.
- Simply book online, the first lesson is a trial lesson.
- You will only be charged from the definitive start date after the trial lesson.
Individual lessons
- Individual lessons cannot be booked.
- However, it is possible to join at any time during the session if capacity is available. See above.
