Our open training takes place every Monday and Thursday: for teenagers, amateurs and professionals aged 18 and over. The focus is on exchanging ideas and enjoying training together. No registration required, just come along and train.
Clothing: Comfortable sportswear. Indoor shoes, socks or barefoot. In the winter months, we recommend long training clothing for before and after training.
Location: mirror room and training hall 20:00-22:00
Price per evening: CHF 5 (payment in cash or twint)
General information
- Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
- Participants must adhere to the house rules of the Zirkusquartier. The instructions of the staff must be followed.
- Dogs are not allowed in open training and must wait outside the door (not in the foyer) on a lead.
- Open training is suspended during school vacations and official holidays.
