We warm up together and, in addition to playful elements, emphasis is placed on the clean execution of acrobatic basics. This is followed by exercises to build up strength and flexibility, and we practise simple acrobatic figures. On the aerial silk, we learn the correct and safe technique of climbing, as well as simple forms and drops. The focus is on the joy of movement.
Clothing: To prevent friction burns, we recommend tight-fitting, comfortable training clothing (bodysuit and leggings). In the winter months, we recommend long training clothes for before and after the course. Children with long hair should have a hair tie with them.
Eva Baggenstos
Eva Baggenstos from Zurich discovered her passion for aerial acrobatics in 2010. Since then, she has attended various intensive courses, circus festivals and workshops at home and abroad in order to continuously develop her skills.
She has appeared in various theater productions (e.g. Stone! Spectacle Baden; Deep Emotions Happiness, Bern) and street festivals (e.g. Gauklerfestival Adelboden, Badenfahrt 2017) and showed her performances at various other events (corporate events, parties, trade fairs).
Eva particularly enjoys passing on her knowledge and skills to others. She has been teaching beginners and advanced aerial hoops and aerial silks since 2012.

Individual lessons cannot be booked. Entry during the current session is possible at any time if capacity is available. The price will be adjusted accordingly.
Course information:
General
- The course takes place once a week (except during school vacations and public holidays)
- Course duration: 60 minutes
- Start: August 20, 25 (from the end of the 2025 school summer vacation)
- End: February 4, 26 (until the start of the 2026 school sports vacations), 20 lessons in total
Trial lessons
- Please book online.
- The first lesson from the date of booking is always a trial lesson and costs CHF 20.
- A final decision on the booking can then be made: The registration or deregistration for the entire course session must reach us by e-mail (kontakt@zirkusquartier.ch) three days after the trial lesson.
- If you book and confirm the appointment, the trial lesson will be charged even if you do not attend.
Access:
- It is always possible to join the course during the current session if capacity is available.
- Simply book online, the first lesson is a trial lesson.
- You will only be charged from the definitive start date after the trial lesson.

- We offer a CHF 5 discount per lesson on the second course booked.
