This Circ-Exchange focuses on two central aspects of injury prevention. On the one hand, circus artist and aspiring physiotherapist Naomi Meyer will provide insights into physical and mental training and performance preparation for injury prevention. She will also share practical resources for dealing with injuries.
Kathrin Walde from artFAQ will also shed light on what artists should look out for in contracts and insurance policies in order to be adequately covered in the event of an injury.

Both experts will give a thematic input, followed by in-depth discussions in small groups. Participants are invited to share their own experiences and exchange ideas with each other.

Following the Circ-Exchange, there will be a small aperitif with snacks and drinks, as well as the opportunity to attend the performance Fragments by La Víspera at 20:00.
