A weekend for improvising, creating and experimenting – for detours, mischief and not-knowing. The focus is on improvising and creating together (“instant compositioning”).
We deepen various creativity and improvisation techniques from dance, theater, performance and play with space, perception and movement quality. A playing field for your curiosity, the joy of experimenting, getting in touch with yourself and what surrounds you.
For all people aged 14 and over who enjoy theater, dance, circus and movement – inclusive for all physical abilities and limitations.
The workshop lasts two days from 10:00 – 13:00 / 14:30 – 17:30
Bring along
Comfortable clothes that you like to move around in. Drinking bottle. Notebook and pen.

Workshop leader
Julian Murer
Julian Murer is part of the management team of the rolling theater workshop FAHR.WERK.ö! For eight years, he has been working with young people to develop wildly divergent pieces at the interface of theater, dance and circus. He is an ensemble member of the physical theater company PerpetuoMobileTheatro.
Vera silver ring
Vera Silberring studied at the ACaPA circus school in the Netherlands and graduated from the Duende School of Ensemble Physical Theater in Greece. She has studied improvisation and creation in depth and has participated in various performance projects. She completed a CAS in “Performing Arts and Inclusion” at the “Accademia Dimitri”.
Workshop information
- Registration by link, e-mail or telephone is binding.
- The course fee must be paid by invoice, which you will receive from us by e-mail.
- If registration is withdrawn up to 10 days before the workshop, 50% of the course fee will be charged. In the event of later withdrawal, the full costs are to be borne by the participant.
- The right to participate in the booked workshop is personal and non-transferable. Lessons not attended do not entitle the participant to a reduction in course fees, unless the workshop is explicitly advertised as modular.
- Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. An emergency contact must be given when registering.
- If there are not enough participants, the workshop cannot usually take place. The registered participants will be informed by e-mail about a possible cancellation.
- Participants must adhere to the house rules of the Zirkusquartier. The instructions of the ZQ team and the course leaders must be followed.
