Inspired by the era of silent movies, two modern clowns take to the empty stage. Compagnia Baccalà has caused a worldwide sensation with its tender and hilarious expression of captivating physicality. Their poetic and breathtakingly acrobatic staggering through a variety of misadventures keeps their audience laughing long after they have left the theater.
Awarded 14 international prizes, including the Cirque Du Soleil prize.

Compagnia Baccalà
The Compagnia Baccalà was born from the encounter between Camilla Pessi’s and Simone Fassari. After training at the Teatro Dimitri school and further professional training, they gained experience in various international circuses and cabarets. They worked independently of each other for years, in far-flung countries, without ever meeting. On a circus tour in Switzerland, Simone (that’s him) was missing a performer and Camilla (that’s her) stood in for her. Since 2004, their artistic and human complicity has been at the service of laughter and acrobatics. Together they have created an artistic repertoire with which they travel the world.
