For young people, amateurs and professionals aged 18 and over. The focus is on exchanging ideas and enjoying training together.

Training hall from: 20:00 (course until 20:00)
No registration required, just come and train.
Clothing: Comfortable sportswear. Indoor shoes, socks or barefoot. In the winter months we recommend long training clothes for before and after the course.
General information
- Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
- Participants must adhere to the house rules of the Zirkusquartier. The instructions of the staff must be followed.
- Dogs are not allowed in open training and must wait outside the door (not in the foyer) on a lead.
- Price per evening: CHF 5.00 (cash/twint)
