Knowledge, exchange, network<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With its diverse range of offers for professional circus artists, Zirkusquartier is also committed to strengthening the network and exchange between professionals and sharing knowledge.
Zirkusquartier runs a newsletter just for professionals and the Circ-Exchange<\/em> and Production-Caf\u00e9<\/em> formats specifically for this purpose.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Circ-Exchange<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Circ-Exchange is a networking format with workshops and discussions for circus professionals. The aim is to create a space where artists from all over Switzerland can exchange ideas and get to know each other, where they can move together, share experiences and get to the bottom of important questions: What are the needs in the scene? How can the contemporary circus community in Switzerland be strengthened? How can the exchange of circus professionals be further promoted? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three Circ-Exchanges take place every year, each on a specific topic with input from an expert followed by a discussion. If you would like to suggest a topic for Circ-Exchange, please contact us here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Circ-Exchange Week<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first Circ-Exchange Week took place in 2024. During Circ-Exchange Week, circus professionals spend a week in the Zirkusquartier exchanging ideas, networking and working practically on their projects. The week is hosted by Luisa Schmitz and Caro Wuttke, with daily workshops by experts. The week is open to circus artists at the beginning of their career to support their entry into the professional field. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Circ-Exchange Week will take place from October 26 to November 01, 2026. <\/strong> The application form will open in September and all information will be published here. <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Productions-Caf\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Would you like to set up your own production? We will help you complete your dossier and provide answers to questions about production, scheduling, sponsors, etc. You will also find more detailed information about residencies, rehearsal and performance opportunities in the Zirkusquartier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Production Caf\u00e9 is a collaboration with artFAQ<\/a>, the production platform for dance, theater and performance in the Zurich region. artFAQ offers free advice for companies and Artists. You can find the entire offer here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
