People often ask themselves, \u201cI want to be able to do that too\u2014but how do I get started?\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this workshop, you&#8217;ll learn how to take your first steps into the world of tricking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You&#8217;ll learn how to approach your first flips and tricks safely and with good body awareness, and how to use mats to overcome your fear without putting yourself in danger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Together, we&#8217;ll work on kicks and elements from breakdancing and capoeira as the foundation for creative transitions. He grew up in Berlin in an artistically diverse environment and graduated from the <em>Berlin State School of Acrobatics<\/em> after five years of ballet training and five years of acrobatics training. Since then, he has been performing as a professional acrobat on stages around the world.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His highlights include festivals such as the <em>Young Stage Circus Festival<\/em> in Basel, as well as winning the <em>Tuttlinger Kr\u00e4he<\/em> cabaret competition with his trio, <em>Tridiculous<\/em>. In addition to classical circus arts, Ihor also explores urban movement styles such as breakdancing, capoeira, and tricking. He sees movement as a universal language that is understood all over the world and connects people.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<section id=\"\" class=\"sectionblock  inverted-color\" >\n  <div class=\"section-inner\">\n    <div class=\"container-lg\">\n      <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Workshop information<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration by link, e-mail or telephone is binding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment for the workshop is due upon receipt of the invoice, which we will send you by email after the workshop is over.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a registration is canceled up to 10 days before the workshop, 50% of the fee will be charged. If canceled later than that, the participant must pay the full cost. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The right to participate in the booked workshop is personal and non-transferable.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. An emergency contact must be given when registering. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If there are not enough participants, the workshop generally cannot take place. Registered participants will be notified by email of any cancellation no later than 2 days before the workshop. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants adhere to the <a href=\"https:\/\/zirkusquartier.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Hausregeln_ZQ_250823.pdf\">house rules<\/a><em> <\/em>of the Zirkusquartier.
