In this workshop, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to explore partner acrobatics. Together with Julian and Luisa, you\u2019ll learn the basics and dive into fluid movement sequences as well as exciting poses like the shoulder stand. Whether in pairs or in a group\u2014you\u2019ll quickly realize that acrobatic moves aren\u2019t an unattainable dream, but rather a matter of trust, team spirit, and the courage to try something new. No prior experience necessary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luisa Schmitz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Luisa Schmitz was born in Zurich and works as a dancer, choreographer, coach, and dance teacher. She earned her bachelor\u2019s degree in stage dance and choreography from Fontys Hoogeschool voor de Kunsten<\/em> in Tilburg (NL). She spent two years touring as a performer with Zirkus Chnopf<\/em> and has been teaching children and teenagers circus arts and movement ever since. She teaches children the art of the circus in an encouraging and motivating way. When she\u2019s not teaching, she tours Europe with her own clown duo or takes walks with her dog through the forests of Zurich. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Julian has been a huge circus fan since childhood, when he attended summer camps at the Scuola Dimitri<\/em>, and has taught himself many tricks in various disciplines. As a child, he practiced judo; later, he climbed with a SAC youth section; and then, via capoeira, he ended up doing breakdancing. Julian Bl\u00e4si originally trained as a care specialist at the Sydef\u00e4deli retirement home<\/em> and then worked for five years at the Klus Park senior center<\/em>. As part of his alternative service, he worked at a daycare center, among other places. Through various projects at social institutions, he gained experience working with teenagers, which led him to youth work, where he has spent the last six years and, among other things, established a mobile circus program. Julian specializes in partner acrobatics and has participated in many international training camps and festivals. After completing his training as a community animator (HF), he has been working full-time as a circus educator. In recent years, he has led circus courses, including at the Robinson Children\u2019s Circus<\/em>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
