Partner acrobatics: Between violence and care<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

This workshop is linked to the concepts developed during the company’s creations. Its aim is to share the fruit of our research, but also to extend it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will focus on three areas of work:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WALKING ON THE BODY: <\/strong>Finding your support on your partner’s body in different postures, daring to give your weight \/ daring to receive weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONFIDENCE: <\/strong>Developing self-confidence and confidence in others, playing with fears and limits and overcoming them. Blind work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLAY: <\/strong>A playful approach makes it possible to create flexible, lively writing, rooted in physical action. Imposing constraints on research and improvisation, conceived as the rules of the game. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trained at the CNAC, Alexandre Fray founded with Fred Arsenaul the Cie Un Loup pour l’Homme, devoting themselves to a personal and innovative approach to partner-acrobatics, mirroring the dynamics of human relationships. The acrobat is first and foremost a social being, grappling with both his strengths and weaknesses. Alexandre is co-author of Appris par corps<\/em>, Face Nord, Rare Birds<\/em> and Projet Grand-m\u00e8re<\/em>. He regularly accompanies new creations and likes to share his acrobatic approach in workshops. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
