For new bookers, the first lesson of the fall session is the trial lesson. Please book online, then a final decision can be made about the booking .

With lots of creativity, technique, fun and safety, we learn the basics of aerial acrobatics on the aerial silk and rope. After an extensive warm-up to get your whole body strong and flexible, we learn the classic climbing techniques as well as simple figures that are later combined into small sequences. Over time, more challenging figures, longer sequences, rolls and even small drops are learned.

Clothing: Cotton leggings, short and long sleeve shirt. In the winter months we recommend long training clothes for before and after the course.
