With a lot of creativity, technique, fun and safety, dancing is learned at height. After an extensive warm-up to get your whole body strong and flexible, we move on to the aerial silk. Beginners are familiarized with various climbing techniques and first figures. Advanced climbers practise different types of climbing, static figures and small drops. At the same time, strength and flexibility are increased. <\/p>\n\n

Clothing:<\/strong> Cotton leggings, short and long sleeve shirt. In the winter months we recommend long training clothes for before and after the course. <\/p>\n\n

Eva Baggenstos from Zurich discovered her passion for aerial acrobatics in 2010. Since then, she has attended various intensive courses, circus festivals and workshops at home and abroad in order to continuously develop her skills. She has appeared in various theater productions (e.g. Stone! Spectacle <\/em>Baden; Deep Emotions Happiness<\/em>, Bern) and street festivals (e.g. Gauklerfestival Adelboden<\/em>, Badenfahrt <\/em>2017) and showed her performances at various other events (corporate events, parties, trade fairs).Eva particularly enjoys passing on her knowledge and skills to others. She has been teaching beginners and advanced aerial hoops and aerial silks since 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The course takes place once a week (except during school vacations and public holidays) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Course duration: 75 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Start: February 25 (from the end of the 2026 sports vacations) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • End: <\/strong>July 8 (until the start of summer vacation 2026), 18 lessons in total<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Trial lessons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Please book online. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The first lesson from the date of booking is always a trial lesson and costs CHF 20.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A final decision on the booking can then be made: The registration or deregistration for the entire course session must reach us by e-mail (kontakt@zirkusquartier.ch) three days after the trial lesson. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If you book and confirm the appointment, the trial lesson will be charged even if you do not attend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
