Playful discovery of the trampoline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This course is aimed at anyone who wants to discover the trampoline and the unique feelings it conveys in a fun way. The main aim is to familiarize yourself with this device and at the same time explore your body in weightlessness. No special prerequisites or skills are required for this course, and there are no special expectations other than that it should be fun. Experience trampolining in a relaxed and playful atmosphere!<\/p>\n\n

Clothing:<\/strong> Tight sportswear, slippery socks obligatory!<\/p>\n\n

In the winter months, we recommend long training clothes for before and after the course. Children with long hair should have a hair tie with them. <\/p>\n\n

Eulalie grew up as a circus child and is now a young circus artist. She supplemented her good foundation in artistic gymnastics and trampolining with professional circus training and a J+S instructor course. In her courses, she works with a Pilates method that is based on the specific physical abilities of the participants. She has taken part in the Swiss Championships twice and finished on the podium. She has been teaching children and adults in various disciplines for four years. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

General<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The course takes place once a week (except during school vacations and public holidays)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Course duration: 60 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Start: August 18, 25 (from the end of the 2025 school summer vacation) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • End: February 2, 26 (until the start of the 2026 school sports vacations), 19 lessons in total<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Trial lessons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Please book online. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The first lesson from the date of booking is always a trial lesson and costs CHF 20.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A final decision on the booking can then be made: The registration or deregistration for the entire course session must reach us by e-mail (kontakt@zirkusquartier.ch) three days after the trial lesson. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If you book and confirm the appointment, the trial lesson will be charged even if you do not attend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • It is always possible to join the course during the current session if capacity is available. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
