Evening relaxation at the ZirQus festival: Immerse yourself in a very special atmosphere! The Flexibility & Stretch workshop takes place in the soft light of dusk – when the sky is bathed in warm colors. While you can still hear the sound of voices and music from afar, a quiet space is created here – under the open sky tent.
Together we move through gentle exercises that mobilize your joints, strengthen and stretch your muscles – accompanied by the calming silence that the evening brings. Here you will find space to let go, improve your flexibility and consciously arrive in the moment.

The workshop is open to everyone – from beginners to experienced movement enthusiasts. Relax on the mat and let yourself be carried away by the peaceful atmosphere of this special festival evening.

Bring along: Comfortable clothes in which you can move well.

Trainers

Zohar Palacio

Zohar discovered her passion for flexibility at the age of 27 and started from scratch to become a contortionist. She holds several certificates as a Flexibility Coach and completed the Contortion Intensive Training at the Circus Center in San Francisco. Since 2019, Zohar has been teaching adults to develop more flexibility, strength and body awareness. Her workshops combine safe technique with artistic expression, making stretching and contortion accessible to participants of all levels.
